Paul & Nuala O'Higgins are the directors of Reconciliation Outreach. They are natives of Ireland now living in Stuart, Florida. They travel extensively in an international ministry of teaching and reconciliation. They are dedicated to worldwide interdenominational evangelism. Paul holds a doctorate in Biblical theology. They are the authors of several books and are called to be part of the movement to renew restore and prepare the church end of age.
