Author Biography

Brian Nicholson had early experience networking with key global health organisations and individuals to think about training pathways for global health, and to deliver successful educational international conferences and he has since furthered his experience through working as a research assistant at the Nuffield Institute for Health and Development, through working towards a masters in health research, and training towards his goal of a split career in clinical and academic primary care.

Judy McKimm is an experienced and successful writer and editor who has published widely including 58 peer-reviewed journal articles; 15 professional journal articles; four books; 10 monographs/short works; 42 book chapters and 85 conference presentations.

Ann Allen is a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Medical Education in the School of Medicine, Cardiff University.
