by Cristopher Maloney (Author)
A common, and oddly accepted, lament heard at field hockey games goes something like this, "I've been watching field hockey for 10 years and I still don't understand what's going on." Field hockey just isn't THAT complicated and, short of playing for 20 years, this book will help you better understand the game whether you're a player, coach, fan, reporter, or umpire. Though not a rule book, Field Hockey: Understanding the Game" is updated each summer as rule changes made by the FIH, NCAA, and NFHS require.
