This book details one woman's life-process with Fibromyalgia, from her early experiences living with the condition, through earning a Ph.D. in Holistic Health to help understand and ultimately overcome the most of the symptoms. The first half of the book details her journey, the second half is her dissertation including many of the remedies that she used to help her into remission.
Author Biography
Christine (Tina) Weston is a true Renaissance woman, who's journey includes work in several different industries in the private and non-profit sectors. Although her career usually involves research management, she is also an avid photographer and writer. Tina teaches management and business classes through various online universities. She owns a small photography business, volunteers as the Director of Research Management at Faculty Research Group, and watches her young grandson. Tina's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley, and MBA and an MS/P (Psychology) from the University of Phoenix, and a Ph.D. in Holistic Health from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. Although a native Californian, Tina currently lives in Maryland. Tina has two children, Katherine and Robert.
