Author Biography

Andrew Lewand's fascination with coyotes began as a he was a student at SUNY Cobleskill majoring in Fisheries & Wildlife Technology. Lewand began to intensely study the eastern coyote and its biology. He then applied this knowledge to his hunting efforts and the result was a highly effective way to hunt the coyote. 31 years later, Lewand still enjoys studying and pursuing the coyote and has formed The Bark at the Moon Coyote Club as a way to share the thrill of predator hunting. Lewand is a free lance writer whose work can be seen in many magazines as well as a frequent presenter of predator hunting seminars across the northeast.
