Emma Carter is an award-winning design leader, keynote speaker and author with over sixteen years' experience across customer experience design, visual and interaction design. Today, Emma is a Lead Experience Design Consultant and part of the Global Design Leadership team at ThoughtWorks, a global software consultancy. She works across agile development teams to lead the direction of design and take clients on the journey of embedding a customer-centred approach to their digital products.
