Author Biography
Bob Schoenberg personally trained and studied with the man who created the Designed Change Process - Tom Sargent. Mr. Schoenberg has over thirty years experience as a Training Specialist, with specific expertise in the D.C.P.. Bob is also a college professor at the University of Massachusetts at Boston, where he teaches an online graduate course in Critical Thinking. He is the author of the book, Critical Thinking in Business and provides training in both Critical Thinking and the Designed Change Process.
