Author Biography
Don Gallegos is a speaker and consultant for businesses on the topic of customer service. He is the retired president of King Soopers, a large chain of supermarkets, now part of Kroger. His first book, Win the Customer, Not the Argument, was published in 2005 and is in its fourth printing. Gallegos is a native of Denver, Colorado, and is an active community philanthropist there.
