Husband of one, father of three, real ale lover, rugby watcher, avid reader and uber geek. Ben has a passion to inspire, to motivate, to excite and to challenge people and organisations to be brilliant, to solve problems and to live life with passion and joy. At the age of 17 a group of students at Ben's school wanted to start a band. Ben paid for a venue, sold tickets and even arranged a bus to get people there. The place was packed, the atmosphere electric and the experience incredible. Ben has been helping people achieve more ever since, both on and offline! Ben Drury is an entrepreneur, a very experienced coder and trained social worker. He understands people and cultures and is a dynamic, entertaining and innovative speaker, who has honed his skills during 15 years involvement in stage productions. He works with individuals to help them achieve their dreams and with leaders to help them build inspiring organisations. He has worked touring with theatre companies, designing internet banks, writing and directing stage productions, developing and delivering leadership training courses, managing small businesses, building web applications and developing social media communication strategies.
