Author Biography
Surjit S. Bhalla is chairman of Oxus Investments, a portfolio management and emerging markets advisory firm. He has worked as a research economist at the Rand Corporation, Brookings Institution, World Bank and The Policy Group. In addition, he has worked in asset management at the World Bank, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. His first book, Between the Wickets: The Who and Why of the Best in Cricket, developed a model for evaluating performance in cricket. Ankur Choudhary is an investment consultant and the co-founder of GoodInvesting. in an online investment advisory start-up. He has worked as a quantitative analyst in the financial markets for several years, with his last stint being at a leading global hedge fund in 2014. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
