Author Biography
Claudia has a passion for corporate travel management and education. She's building a bridge between academia and the industry by providing books and other study material. Claudia, as Director of C - as in Unger, offers training through workshops, as well as business consulting to save time, money and reduce risks. Before starting off on her own, Claudia led the Research & Intelligence team at BCD Travel, one of the largest global travel management companies. She was charged with identifying ideas that businesses can use to improve their travel programmes. She came up with effective ways to apply new innovations within the industry - whether driven by savings, productivity or recruitment and retention. Prior to joining the corporate travel world, Claudia was a lecturer for Event Management & Marketing at Regent's University, London. She also helped develop the curriculum for the Travel & Tourism master's degree programme. Claudia is a well-known and welcome speaker at local and global industry events.
