Through prayer, every situation in our lives can be changed if it is the Lord's will. You can develop a relationship with God that surpasses any kind of natural friendship. If we commune with him, we are saying, "Lord I need thee every hour", and I am nothing, and can do nothing without you. Why would we ever think of making a move without getting down on our knees and consulting with God first? God wants to know if we realize that we are helpless without him. Are you depending on him?
Author Biography
Jacqueline Sewell lives in San Diego, Ca. with her 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She attends Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church Inc. She is the head Altar Worker and supervises the Prayer conference phone line at her local assembly. You can find her each morning at 5:00am PST lying before the Lord in prayer on the prayer conference line. In her own words "I was chosen by God to pray, when God said in Ezekiel 22: 30 "And I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none." "I was found wanted, and answered the call which created a rich relationship with the almighty God."
