CHICKENSH!T is full of random examples highlighting characteristics from simple shortcomings that we all exhibit, to how people behave when "they" act like a chickenshit and use a manipulative, and petty modus operandi that challenges the most patient people.

They either choose to insult the intelligence of others or are simply unaware of how their behavior is affecting those around them.

This pithy, 'what not to do list' aims to empower the reader to explore how they emotionally connect to the material, while simultaneously discouraging shitty ways of handling everyday situations that can become habitual, if not nipped in the bud!

CHICKENSH!T can be utilized as a 'reader response' strategy in group therapy sessions, something to relate to, or a funny prophylactic tool that approaches these problems with the use of sarcasm, humor, logic, and cheesy puns.

Whatever the case may be, I hope that this is the wake-up call that relieves a heavy load, while remaining lighthearted enough to reach even the most obstinate temperament.
