Author Biography
Mickey (Mildred J.) LIttle, Ed.D., is professor Emeritus of Health and Physical Education at Texas A&M University, where she was founder and director of the Outdoor Education Institute. An avid camper, canoeist, and backpacker, she has served on the executive board of the National Council on Outdoor Education. Dr. Little also has written camping and hicking guides for Florida, Texas, Minnesota, Colorado, and California, as well as many articles in health and physical education journals.
