Dr. Percy Ricketts, LMHC, is a Psychotherapist and Parenting Consultant. He operates a private practice in Pembroke Pines, Florida, where he provides Counseling/Psychotherapy and consulting services to clients of various backgrounds. Dr. Ricketts is the author of 6 books. He also produced a DVD that is designed to help parents and their children adjust appropriately to divorce. He conducts parenting seminars and he provides instruction, which is required for parents and minor children before divorce is granted in Florida. Dr. Ricketts earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Doctorate from Argosy University. He maintains professional memberships with numerous organizations including American Counseling Association, American Psychotherapy Association, Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society and the National Board of Certified Counselors.
