She is currently the founder/CEO of Solid Rock Enterprise, Inc. a community and school based organization that specializes in conflict resolution and reconciliation. She's a National Restorative Justice Trainer, Kingian Nonviolence Trainer, Peer Mediation Trainer, and Family Mediator; in addition to a license and ordained minister.
