Along the way they find hidden treasures, and epic secrets both wonderful, and terrible, but the biggest and most terrible secret of them all, nobody could have ever fathomed. Author Biography
Von Yugen was born in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1976, though he was mostly raised in Utah valley. Von is an introvert with interests in psychology, dream interpretation, the evolution of the brain, including aspects of spirituality. Von has always loved to learn new things and tries to learn something new every day. Von has always been a very deep person, and has a habit of always peeling back the layers. With a deep yearning to know things intimately, Von has always kept an open mind, thus has no devout beliefs in religion or devout political views, preferring to stay neutral and open while accepting and validating all things and all people. Von's religion is love and this simple concept has led him to a lifetime of personal exploration. Von sees the world very differently than most people and, thus, is often misunderstood. As a peace maker at heart, Von has learned to love all aspects of life and all people. He believes that life is so much more rewarding when you allow yourself to experience both sides of life (good/bad) harmoniously and, thus, hates self-help/motivational type books and tapes which tend to pander to the conscious brain's desire for more beauty, social acceptance, and wealth. Von Yugen studies morality in the same way most people study religion, feeling that the parables of morality are far more important to understand than the superficial details of an event such as those bound in the pages of religious texts. Von believes in terms of spiritual value. Fictional books can more often than not be more valuable as a moral reference than true stories which are tremendously limited to their facts. Von's more recent interests deal in the atomic universe and more specifically in the way that various energies act, react, and interact with one another to create all that we see, and the worlds that we don't.
