Infusing her poetry into yoga teachings, she facilitates yoga, movement and creative workshops with passion, openness and a hearty sense of humor. Franks writes with rawness and depth not for the faint of heart. A strong believer that words can connect and empower, she offers up her truth at every opportunity in the hope of inspiring just that: "my intention through my writing is that not a single human feels alone during their time on this earth.
