Scissor Skills Workbook

Welcome to our Scissor Skills Workbook! This workbook is designed to help children develop their fine motor skills by practicing cutting paper with scissors. Through these exercises, children will improve their hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and grip strength.

Instructions:

Start with the easiest exercises, cutting along the thick lines. Encourage your child to hold the scissors with their thumb on top and their fingers on the bottom. They should use their other hand to hold the paper in place.
Once your child has mastered cutting along the thick lines, move on to cutting along the thin lines. These exercises are more challenging and require more precision.
The workbook includes exercises for carving animals, shapes, and numbers. Encourage your child to take their time and cut carefully along the lines. You can also have them color in the shapes or animals after they've cut them out.
