The Rev. Dr. Karl Stumpf was born in Bristol, PA, graduated from Delhaas High School, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN. He enrolled at Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, IL, and graduated with a Master of Divinity Degree. After six years of study, he earned his Doctor of Ministry Degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA, in 2011.
