Young children can sometimes struggle to name the big feelings inside them, and out of frustration and sometimes desperation, they react to situations unpleasantly.

We, as parents and educators need to give our babies grace while they try to manage and express those big feelings that's jumbled up inside them. When young children can learn to name their feelings and explain their triggers, it allows us to give them better guidance.

The goal, as the first book in the Lil' Monsters Series focuses on putting a name to emotions. Each book in the series will focus on a specific emotion, what can trigger that emotion, and age-appropriate coping mechanisms.
